課程簡介 The ultimate goal of this course is to discuss with students major developed mental issues in first language acquisition. By the end of the term, students are supposed to provide empirical arguments to support what they learn in class.

The ultimate goal of this course is to discuss with students some important issues in first language a  cquisition. By the end of the term, students are supposed to provide empirical arguments to support what they learn in class.

教學方法
方式 說明
講述法 T will elaborate further on the concepts presented by Ss, when necessary.
討論法 T and Ss will explore the issues related to different issues in first language acquisition.
合作學習 T will assign Ss to present given book chapters and journal papers individually and in pairs.
實驗/實作 T will guide Ss to work on their research design for their empirical study due by the end of the semester.
媒體融入教學 T will ask Ss to do oral presentations with PowerPoint files and videos.
專題研究 T will discuss with each student about his/her term paper.
評量方法
方式 百分比 說明
報告 30 % Several oral presentations are mandatory.
專題 50 % A term paper is due by the end of the semester.
其他 20 % Quizzes are given weekly.
