課程簡介 | COURSE DESCRIPTION & OBJECTIVES This course discusses theoretical foundations and practical aspects of human resource development (HRD) and its relation with organizational management. The purpose of this course is to help students understand history, definitions, implementation, and issues of HRD. Through lecture, group discussion, case study, and field interview, the course aims to develop students’ knowledge, abilities, and skills for conducting HRD in various types of organizations. More specifically, upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to: 1.Understand the theoretical foundations of HRD 2.Familiar with the major processes of HRD 3.Gain insights about the practices of HRD in various businesses and organizations 4.Develop the skills in analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating programs of HRD | ||
