課程簡介 This course will prepare the participants to be trainers in organizations. It provides the participants with opportunities to develop their skills for training presentation and program management. The content includes needs assessment, design, development, implementation, evaluation, and management of training processes in organizations. Practical practice, lecturing, group discussions, case studies, and training rehearsal will be adopted to fulfill the objectives of the course
