課程簡介 管理學係為商學與管理領域的學生所設計的入門基礎課程，授課內容理論與實務並重，達成理論與實務並用的目標。課程架構建立在對企業本質討論、系統架構介紹以及實務運用案例探討等三大核心基礎之上，並針對規劃、組織、領導、控制四大管理功能作深入的理論鋪陳與個案介紹。修習本課程，可以了解企業外部環境因子對攸關企業宗旨及目標的重要商業決策的影響，並依照組織的資源及運作方式可以選擇適當的經營模式及所有權。了解企業不同的功能及實務運用面，可以針對企業內部、外部環境了解成功企業的經營策略。
