課程簡介	The objectives of this course are (1) to help students understand the career trend for project manager in the current job market (2) to motivate students accomplishing one practical or academic course project on hospitality through the project management technique (3) to introduce the program planning and development on convention and exhibition through the MICE books and encourage students to participate in the certificate of MICE.

1.　to help students understand the career trend for project manager in the current job market		碩士: 　2-2 具備運動休閒與餐旅產業所需之相關職能。
2.　to motivate students accomplishing one practical or academic course project on hospitality through the project management technique		碩士: 　3-3 建立口頭表達與團隊溝通協調能力。
3.　to introduce the program planning and development on convention and exhibition through the MICE books and encourage students to participate in the certificate of MICE		碩士: 　4-2 藉由運動、休閒和餐旅活動增進社會健康知能，全方位發展。

9/13	新南向國家的壯遊體驗 (分成8組) 教育部青發署補助部分經費，參與學生須事先繳交保證金，保證金也用於壯遊之自費項目。 Project definition（壯遊之定義與專案之連結）/Syllabus 1. 專案管理中文教材 (自編 PPT) 2. 會展證照用書8本 (各組報告規劃於第一週公告) 3. 博班生報告一篇Research papers from International Journals (Self-selection or assigned papers) 4. 參訪台北國際旅展 5. 完成海外壯遊體驗或期末專案(8組，每組3-4人) 上限 25人 6. 未參與南項計畫者 : 學期結束前參加一場會議與展覽之心得報告 (5%) (照片and A4) 會展名稱/主辦單位, 執行單位, 周邊單位, 期程, 組織, 會展場地, 餐飲, 科技應用, 參展商 (展覽), 展場面積, 攤位數量, 展場設計原則, 參展商參展原因 (5家), 參觀者入場之原因(5位) 9/13 下午12:30-14:00 與就業輔導中心舉辦一次全校性課程說明會，v歡迎各系所有興趣同學參加。
