課程簡介 This course is a three-hour graduate survey course focused on the strategic analysis and planning necessary to effectively match marketing strategies with changing macro, micro, and organizational environments. The course is intended to provide an understanding of the conceptual realm of hospitality marketing strategy and knowledge of the factors for consideration in making strategic marketing decisions in the hospitality industry. Pedagogy is based on business simulation, case analysis and discussion.

1. To improve and broaden the student's abilities to identify hospitality marketing problems and to develop reasoned resolutions of these problems. 碩士:
 1-2 理解運動休閒與餐旅相關之理論與應用能力。
 1-3 應用並評估運動休閒與餐旅產業所需之管理知能。
2. To develop an expanded appreciation and understanding of the relationship among marketing decision variables – product, price, promotion and channels – and how the whole package is put together for effectiveness. 碩士:
 1-4 具備分析運動休閒與餐旅產業之現況與趨勢的國際視野。
3. To broaden the student's understanding of the scope and role of marketing as a 碩士:
 2-2 具備運動休閒與餐旅產業所需之相關職能。
4. To examine the ethical challenges and opportunities in business marketing 碩士:
