課程簡介	本課程將從心理學角度探討組織的不同面向。同學將學習如何有效激勵同仁，並建立一個健康的組織環境，以讓同仁們能齊心協力締造良好的組織績效和持久的商業成長。此外，因為員工是公司不可或缺的重要資產，對企業成功扮演關鍵角色，所以本課程亦將探討企業組織如何造就員工和股東的長期雙贏成果。最後，由於ESG在全球商業世界日形重要，本課程亦將引導同學從不同利益關係人角度思考各種商業問題。
