課程簡介	1. 瞭解人力資源管理的核心功能概念和原則。 2. 學習人力資源管理的理論並試以討論解決/發現組織人力資源管理策略的困境/優勢。 3. 試以分析不同的人力資源管理功能策略的困境/優勢對組織績效的影響。
