課程簡介	課程講授幾項主題：貨幣的意義、貨幣市場運作、以及商業銀行與央行的貨幣政策。討論問題將以通貨膨脹為主軸，討論幾個貨幣思潮：古典、凱因斯、奧地利學派、重貨幣學派，和近年很紅的現代貨幣理論(MMT)。
