課程簡介 本課程將教授以服務缺口模型為基礎的服務行銷,藉此期望能讓學生認知到該如何提升其有興趣之事業的服務品質。此外,也期望學生能從課堂的講課、討論、實作分析領略服務品質的重要,將其意涵運用於生活的各個層面。 This course focuses on the service gap model as the foundation of service marketing. Through this course, I expect that students can enhance a business’s service quality. Furthermore, I also expect that students can learn the importance of service quality based on lectures, analyses, and discussion. They can implement the spirit of service quality in their lives with different aspects.
