課程簡介	本課程將以海域（黃海、日本海、東海、台海與南海）做為劃分基礎，透過國際關係與國際法的視角，分析與討論所發生之海洋爭端。期望透過本課程之學習，同學能夠深入理解台灣周邊海洋爭端，並能擁有進行獨立與深入研究的能力。 This course will explain and discuss the East Asia maritime disputes through the perspectives and understandings from international relations as well as international law. The maritime disputes shall include but not limited to the followings: Yellow Sea, Sea of Japan, East China Sea, Taiwan Strait and South China Sea. The purpose of this course to provide training so that students could have the capability to conduct independent and in-depth research.
