課程簡介	This course is designed as an overview of topics pertaining to the relation between syntactic theory and sentence processing. For a long time, these two disciplines have been studied separately, with little interaction between researchers working in them. As a result, in most universities around the world, syntactic theory is studied in linguistics/language departments, while sentence processing is studied in psychology departments. In the last 15 to 20 years however, there has been more interaction between the two disciplines. This course is a seminar, which means that there will be no exams or homework sets. However, you are expected to write a (very) short report in consultation with me. Make sure you meet with me before the end of March.
