課程簡介	The course is designed to provide you with a general communicative ability in Spanish. All four language skills are taught: reading, writing, listening and speaking. Spanish I consists of 60 hours of language tuition in total. In addition, you should spend at least 6 hours per week working with the language on your own (some tasks will be provided). By the end of the course, you should be able to engage in simple conversations giving basic responses and asking questions. You should also be able to write down information such as dates and places, understand basic instructions, and understand simple texts.
