課程簡介	This course aims to provide students with a broad understanding of the many genres of children’s literature in the Western world, to develop their ability to appreciate and evaluate children’s books, and to direct them to try to create some literary works of their own for children. The instruction will include lectures, reading of assigned texts, oral presentations, and discussion. In practice, small groups will be formed, and you will work as a team to read and respond to the chosen books. Each group will have an opportunity to share the books with the class in any way your group decides. By the way, you have to work on a literary project of your own interest (possible topics will be suggested by the teacher) and present your findings to the class.
