課程簡介	本課程為全營所的必修課，其課程教學目的在於培養學員創新技能方法、創業的精神與創業能力。本課程設計以實務導向，提供學員對於創新想法系統性的發現與轉化、創業的初期心理準備階段、設計思考轉化階段、與新創事業啟動階段所需面臨的創業議題。這些議題包括自我認知、機會辨識、使用創意思考、發展經營模式、撰寫營運計畫書、爭取外部資源。本課程設計將鼓勵學員藉由實作的方式來逐步學習與應用課程內容來培養創新創業能力
