課程簡介	本課程從智慧財產權法的基本觀念與相關規定出發，針對科技與創意產業相關之著作權等智慧財產管理的國際發展趨勢與保護體系，以瞭解智財法與管理最新發展動態。透過本課程的學習，對智慧財產法律制度有一較為全面的瞭解，並對於現代科技與法律互動下，對於科技產品產業以及藝術作品、組織經營者與創意產業造成之衝擊與影響，作通盤分析與提出因應策略，使修課同學亦能夠應用所學理論知識分析著作權保護路徑，並進而提出解決方案。
