課程簡介	本課程首先介紹國際經營環境所需的背景知識，讓學生瞭解國際財務管理環境。邇後，從企業的觀點，探討跨國財務管理的各個層面，包括全球外匯市場、資本市場及相關的衍生性金融商品交易市場，瞭解各種金融商品交易與風險之關係、海外市場特性與相關議題，以利分析與制訂跨國企業財務管理決策。
