課程簡介	透過生涯理論之探索，提供學習者省思生涯規劃之意義及其實踐之方法，並學會應用理論於實務現場。生涯規劃與輔導是貫穿整個教育階段，也會跟技術職業教育系統相接，除了技術高中所負責的專業行業外，社區學院、進修學院、普通大學、科技大學皆需要納入生涯教育領域中。拜科技進步之賜，幾乎所有的生涯教育都可以在教室中或職場中去執行，學生可以將理論應用在實務操作上是本課程的核心所在。更有甚者，線上學習也在生涯教育中蓬勃發展中，學生可以很容易也很方便地在線上學習企業的各種行業技術與軟體技術。透過他山之石可借鏡，一些經濟狀況佳的國家去分析他們的生涯教育結果發現有八個共通標竿可參酌:1)以就業為導向的生涯課程;2)從職場與勞動力市場上獲得資訊;3)強調每位孩童的各別需求;4)課程需要與職場連結，特別是在科學、科技、工程與數學領域;5)媒合勞工與雇主;6)重視職場經驗;7)與高等教育結合;8)個別輔導。 本課程會從中國傳統文化去探討人生規劃與輔導，進而探討最近幾年漸漸成為顯學的退休規劃議題。
