課程簡介	This is an introductory course aiming at assisting the management of technology (MOT) majored students understand the state of the arts of MOT. Major emphasis will be placed on technology policy and innovation system in the nation’s level, structures, alliances, networks, relationships and analytical methods in the industry level, and the operational issues in the high-technology firm’s level.
