課程簡介	The purpose of this course is to introduce students the variety of management issues they will need to address as information services institutions managers or administrators. The course includes planning, organizing, staffing, coordinating, budgeting and communicating. The goal of this course is to prepare professional librarians and archivists to work effectively within larger information service organizations and to assume managerial responsibilities within their units.
