課程簡介 | This course will extend beyond the narrow definitions of services and marketing that focus merely on products and business contexts. It will cover all aspects of services and non-profit settings, including theories and methods of marketing to a wide variety of organizational settings. Further, the course will explore an emerging field of study -- services science, which is a new, interdisciplinary field that combines social science, business, and engineering knowledge needed for organizations to succeed in the shift to the information-based economy. Upon completion of the course, students should be able to obtain a theoretical foundation that can be applied to many different organizational settings, examine the impacts of emerging technologies on the web information marketing from both a strategic and tactical perspective, and to develop understanding of key concepts and models arising from services science research. | ||
