課程簡介 In today’s fast-paced environment, the ability to develop and apply organizational learning and knowledge management is becoming a question of necessity. The aim of this course is to enable students to understand the principles of organizational learning; to be aware of the process and arts of organizational learning regarding the various relevant issues; to understand various tools and techniques involved in the practice of organizational learning. Topics that will be particularly emphasized include: the rationale and characteristics of organizational learning; key processes and mechanisms that organizations need to develop to build learning capabilities for long-term competitive advantage; the role of organizational structure and leadership for effective organizational learning. This course is designed to prepare future employees and managers to work more effectively in a rapid-changing environment. It is taught using a combination of lectures, discussions, experiential exercises and short cases.
