課程簡介	基於個別化教與學的精神，讓研究生依其興趣，針對公部門人力資源有關領域，進行相關主題與問題的研究探討與實作，以發展其研究能力。COURSE OVERVIEW This course is designed to provide students with in-depth discussions on principles, practices and issues of human resource development (HRD) programs and activities for the public sector. Lecturing, guest speakers, group discussions, case studies, oral presentations, and field trips will be employed to fulfill the educational goals of the course.
