課程簡介	員工關係管理對於雇主與員工來說是維持長期合作與平衡關係的重要關鍵。這堂課的主要目的為介紹員工關係管理的相關議題以及進行員工關係管理可能運應的工具，同時透過所需要的相關知識以及個案研討分析以實際討論應用作為。
