課程簡介	This course covers 16 topics from three areas of practice scope for leadership and talent development.: system/framework, processes/methodologies and leadership competencies. Students will learn how leadership and talent development is implemented within business context. Students will see the gaps and opportunities to apply theory into real practice. This course will be delivered by action learning approach. Students will learn by leveraging their programmed knowledge and make reflections on practices, assignment and group exercises.
