課程簡介	本課程將透過授課、實作、專題等方式，培養學生人力資源發展知識與實務能力、培養其跨文化管理之知能，並且強化其溝通之能力，協助學生成為國際人資之專業人才。 This course aims at cultivating students' knowledge and practical ability in human resource development, cross-cultural management and interpersonal communication, helping students become international talents through lectures, practice and projects.
