課程簡介	這堂課的目標在於介紹公司財務之基本概念，主題包含理論與實務的探討，希望透過這堂課的訓練，能讓學生對公司之投資及融資活動有進一步之瞭解。另外，為了建立學生在職場上有正確的企業倫理與道德觀念，及企業社會責任，在相關議題及章節上將做比較深入的探討。
