課程簡介 本課程在於教導策略相關理論,內容包含二大部分:競爭策略(competitive strategy)及公司總體策略(corporate strategy)。前者強調在一事業層級的決策,主要為在競爭的產業環境中如何獲利及營運模式如何擬制,而後者則是多事業部公司整體的策略,主要包含垂直整合、併購、多角化、國際擴張等主題。課堂上也輔以相關產業及企業個案進行研討,使學生在個案分析的過程中,實際運用課堂上所教授的理論架構及分析工具,以提升對產業的整體競爭狀況與策略運用之瞭解。Strategic management deals with decisions that fundamentally influence the direction of the organization and effective implementation of the direction chosen. Strategic management examines the organizational structure, resources & capabilities, and the strategic positioning of the organization to create, capture and sustain competitive advantage. In addition to economic value creation, management also must make decisions concerning the distribution of this economic value.
