| 課程簡介 | 這堂課的目標在於介紹公司財務之基本概念，主題包含理論與實務的探討，希望透過這堂課的訓練，能讓學生對公司之投資及融資活動有進一步之瞭解。 To learn both the basic and advance concepts of corporate finance. This class covers concept of financial management, including investment policy and financing activities. Several major topics in corporate finance will be discussed as well. Each topic will be started with chapter lectures and maybe followed by discussion on selected journal papers, or a case study that links the theory to practice if necessary. | ||
