課程簡介	本課程主要在探討個人與企業如何進行財務決策，並分析這些決策與傳統財務與經濟理論的預期之歧異。本課程除了提供學生進行財務決策必須的理論與工具外，還進一步探討投資人在作財務決策時常見的心理偏誤，以及這些心理偏誤對金融市場的影響。在學習傳統財務理論外，考量財務行為學的理論有助於學生更完整的了解金融市場的運作。學生可藉由本課程了解財務決策的理論與實務，並進一步提升自己的決策能力與技巧。
