課程簡介	This course introduces the concepts, principles, and methods in current educational and psychological testing theories. Both approaches of classical measurement and Rasch Measurement are included. Topics include basic concept of measurement, mathematical foundation(probability, expectation, variance, covariance, exponent, logarithm, differentiation), classical true score theory, Rasch measurement theory and its rationale, separation of person and item parameters, estimation methods of Rasch parameters, information and reliability, fit statistics, Rasch models for ordered categories, using WINSTEP. Emphasis is on classical test theory, dichotomous and polytomous Rasch models.
