課程簡介	本課程的目標是建立研究生具備身心障礙者職涯輔導與就業轉銜服務之知能，課程內容包括：身心障礙者職涯發展與轉銜相關服務發展與法規、職涯輔導相關理論/服務模式/內容/流程/策略/工具/資源、就業轉銜服務相關理論/服務模式/內容/流程/策略/工具/資源、各障別服務需求評估/擬定服務計畫／執行服務計畫/服務成效評估、生涯發展與轉銜服務發展趨勢與當代論題探討、服務成效實證基礎。
