課程簡介	整合深化人力資源發展以及組織學習的理論與實務，並藉分析、診斷、設計組織學習系統之實際體驗，以增進組織學習的規劃、執行與創新能力。 This course focuses on bringing psychological and educational research to professional practice and bringing evidence-based practices and programs to schools and other human service settings through understanding methods of effective program planning and implementation. Integrate the human resource development and organization learning expertise to enhance the core competence of training. Students will learn how to plan a new program and incorporate it in the functioning of staff members in either school, non-profit organization or corporate settings. Theory, research, and practice of adult and organizational learning and change will be examined.
