課程簡介	本課程以論壇型式來探討當今餐旅產業的重要議題-- 包括政策議題、遊客角色、飲食觀光的需求與規劃等等。由於全球餐旅市場處於多變且聯動的現象裡，因此課程規劃的相關議題也將隨大環境變化而有所調整。本大綱中所列的主題將會在課程開設之該學期開學前訂定，授課教師也會於開學第一週與修課學員共同檢視討論主題。
