課程簡介	Based on theoretical and practical perspectives, this class intends to guide us to profoundly think about: 1.) the essential nature of being a teacher/trainer in hospitality industries; 2.) the position/strategy of being a teacher/trainer in hospitality industries. And in the end, this class intends to facilitate us how to be a good educator and trainer in the future. According to the above-mentioned purposes, this class consisted of several aspects: tools for teaching, teaching strategies, teaching tips, case method (Harvard Business School), and book review & discussion...etc. Finally, in order to enhance the effectiveness of learning, during the classes, Learning-by-Doing will be the chief way to push you to transform what they have learned from the textbook to the real world context.

1.　深化學生對於教學技巧之瞭解與應用		碩士: 　1-3 應用並評估運動休閒與餐旅產業所需之管理知能。 　3-1 培養積極進取之精神並尊重多元文化的工作態度。
2.　教學專書討論與學習		碩士: 　2-4 具備專業國際涉外能力，能在國內、外推動專業知能交流。 博士: 　1-1 具備整合及運用運動休閒與餐旅管理專業理論的能力 　2-4 具備運動休閒與餐旅管理領域的推廣及研發能力。
3.　教學技巧的學習及演練		碩士: 　2-1 推廣並建立大眾對運動休閒與餐旅產業之認同。 博士: 　4-2 貢獻所學，積極推展運動、休閒、餐旅相關事業。
