課程簡介 Based on theoretical and practical perspectives, this class intends to guide us to profoundly think about: 1.) the essential nature of being a teacher/trainer in hospitality industries; 2.) the position/strategy of being a teacher/trainer in hospitality industries. And in the end, this class intends to facilitate us how to be a good educator and trainer in the future. According to the above-mentioned purposes, this class consisted of several aspects: tools for teaching, teaching strategies, teaching tips, case method (Harvard Business School), and book review & discussion...etc. Finally, in order to enhance the effectiveness of learning, during the classes, Learning-by-Doing will be the chief way to push you to transform what they have learned from the textbook to the real world context.

 1-3 應用並評估運動休閒與餐旅產業所需之管理知能。

 2-1 推廣並建立大眾對運動休閒與餐旅產業之認同。
